Our everyday tableware is thoughtfully designed so you can make every meal a masterpiece. Timeless ceramics for the table, from morning to evening.

01

Form and Function

A bowl that is the ideal size for a serving of cereal, porridge, or fruit-topped yoghurt. Sits in the palm of the hand and a slim rim makes it suitable for sipping too.

02

Service Ready

The cereal bowl is ideal for keeping surplus food in the fridge and for warming up leftovers in the oven or microwave. It also makes it easy to stack when not in use.

03

Beyond Breakfast

Perfect proportions make it useful throughout the day too. It serves equally as a vessel for dips before dinner and nests comfortably into the serving platter.

The making of

Out of the Fire

Our ceramics are made by a family-run factory in Portugal. They source clay locally and craft the pieces into our designed shapes. Before the pieces are completed, they are dipped in our unique glazes and single-fired, a process which minimises emissions.

Turmeric and cardamom granola with mango lassi yogurt

We often repeat the same breakfast each morning, body and brain on autopilot. Sometimes it’s good to mix it up. This granola uses just seeds and nuts - no oats...

FAQ's

Need Help? Just Ask Us.

Is your pottery food safe?

Yes, our manufacturer carries out thorough tests to ensure the clays and glazes are safe and 100% lead-free

Is is dishwasher safe?

Yes, our products can be washed daily in the dishwasher. To ensure our dishes last longer it is advisable to space them so they don’t rub or bump against each other during the cycle.

Do your dinner plates fit in a standard dishwasher without touching the top rack?

Yes, our plates have been designed to fit perfectly in standard dishwashers. We recommend rinsing off leftovers before placing them in the machine.

Can I put it in the microwave or oven?

Yes, all our stoneware products are safe to use in the oven and microwave, to a temperature of 250 ºC. Steer clear of placing pieces straight from the oven on to a cold surface, as a measure against shock resistance.

How about the freezer?

Yes, absolutely. Our ceramics have high thermal shock resistance, and will withstand temperature variations as low as -20 ºC.

Can I use it on the stove?

No. Monoware dinnerware is not suitable for stovetop cooking or for use with an open flame.
