Our stainless steel cutlery is made from 18/10 stainless steel, an iron alloy with 18% chrome and 10% nickel added to make it corrosion resistant. Fully dishwasher safe for everyday use. Before putting in the dishwasher, gently rinse the cutlery by hand, avoiding any harsh cleaning creams or abrasive scourers (we use our Tawashi Brush). Don't leave unwashed cutlery for any length of time, as prolonged contact with acidic foods can cause staining. If cutlery is still wet after a wash cycle, wipe with a damp cloth to remove any water stains. With any cutlery, fine scratches will naturally appear over time, which will gradually develop a fine ‘patina'. These should not be of concern as it will give the metal sheen with age.
